I have made a template:

{{Page Development In Progress|1}} where 1 is your username .. if you interested of cource .. this template autolink for the the period that is assigned to the page, your page to Category:Page Development In Progress and inform other users that you haven't yet finish!

it is good to link internal pages , like i did with banners /components / etc. this help people to quickly discover relative material!no mater if pages is not wet written eg. ios newsletters (it is sure it will, so i put a link there to wait)

of course all this is up to author.. my modifications was just to give information!
