From this page you can set all options and information related to the hotel. A number of tabs allows you to easily locate the kind of information you are looking for. If you are up to add a new hotel then some of these tabs prompts you to first save the hotel. Enter the basic hotel data and then click Apply in order to unlock these tabs are continue editing.

Details

On the Details tab you will have to set some general information regarding the hotel. The first one is to select the location of your hotel from the list of the existing locations. The hotel type can be Hotel or Studio/villa with stars/keys rating. Select a hotelier, and write down the display name for this hotelier in the owner field. Write down also some information fields for the hotel: Address, Telephone and FAX number.

Maps

If you wish to display a Google map then enter in the Google map field, the coordinations (comma separated) of the hotel. To get these coordinations go to Google maps, locate your hotel and copy-paste the coordinations to IOS Reservations. Alternatively to Google maps you can display a standard Image as the map of your hotel. You can select any image from the hotel uploaded images as the hotel's map.

Select the check-in and check-out time, if the hotel is published or not, who is allowed to review the hotel, if you wish to display reviews from Tripadvisor, if Pets are allowed in the hotel, the season that the hotel is open to the public, and finally write down the hotel terms and conditions.

Description

Enter the hotel title, SEO title and description in up to four languages. You can first fill-in these information just for the main language and translate them later.

Reservation notification

Set up the hotel's notification system. E-mail notifications are always sent, so the e-mail field is required. The SMS and FAX services are optional. Consider SMS and FAX manual pages for help setting them up.

Hotel facilities

You can set an unlimited number of facilities for your hotel. Consider Manage hotel facilities page for help.

Gallery

You can upload an unlimited number of images for your hotel. These images are grouped and being displayed as an image gallery in IOS Reservations front-end. Consider Manage hotel image gallery page for help.

Payments

You can set up both online and offline payment methods in order for your hotel guests to pay the surety fee for their reservation. Consider Set up payment methods for a hotel page for help.

Add-on services

You customer can also book services (dinner, trips, extra beds, etc) provided by the hotel. Consider Manage add-on services for a hotel page for help.

Rooms

A list of all existing rooms to the hotel. Click the magnify glass icon to see a quick preview of the room. Click on the availability calendar link to see the availability calendar for the room.
