IOS Reservations allows you to assign add-on services to your hotels. These are services that the hotel provides under an extra cost. Customers reserving rooms to a hotel have the option to select one or more extra services during their stay. The cost of each service can be in a daily basis or as an one time fee. The functionality of this page is very similar to the Hotel facilities page. Don't forget that here you have also to set a price for the extra services.
| To assign add-on services to a hotel you must first save the hotel. The add-on services can be saved and deleted independently from the hotel using AJAX. You don't have to save again the hotel to update add-on services! |

Assign a new add-on service to a hotel
Click the Add button. Write the title of the service in multiple languages. Don't add too large titles as they will look ugly in front-end. If you wish to write extended information about them use the hotel's description area to do that. Set a price for the service and check if this price will be calculated in a daily basis or it is one time fee. Click the save icon to save the service. After save the background colour of the surrounding service box changes into blue.
Remove an add-on service from a hotel
Just click the delete icon next to it. If the deletion is successful the add-on service will be disappear from the screen.
Add-on services fees
You can set the cost of an add-on service in a daily basis or as an one time fee. More over you can set to be multiplied by the number of guests, by the number of booked rooms or by the number of guests and rooms. Let's see an example to better understand this.
Example
Customer A has made the following booking:
Stay period: 5 nights
Booked rooms: 1 X Double room (for 2 persons), 1 X Single room (for 1 person)
For additional services he will have to pay:
- one time fee - per reservation: PRICE
- one time fee - per person: PRICE X 3
- one time fee - per room: PRICE X 2
- daily fee - per reservation: PRICE X 5
- daily fee - per person: PRICE X 5 X 3 = PRICE X 15
- daily fee - per room: PRICE X 5 X 2 = PRICE X 10
Where PRICE the add-on service price.
| The number of persons or rooms participating in an add-on service is set by the hotel guest during the reservation procedure. So regardless if someone book 2 rooms for a total of 4 persons he is able to pick an add-on service, such as a dinner, only for 1, 2, or 3 of them. IOS Reservations is very flexible on add-on services. |

- one time fee - per reservation: For picking up guests from the harbour
- one time fee - per person: For a trip to nearby sightseeings
- one time fee - per room: For rooms with view to the ocean
- daily fee - per reservation: For baby sitting
- daily fee - per person: For dinner
- daily fee - per room: For an extra bed
