IOS Reservations can send notifications via e-mail, FAX and SMS message.
To enable reservation notifications to your FAX machine you have to perform the following actions:
- Create a member account to InterFax.
- Enable FAX notifications for your hotel and set the InterFax parameters properly.
| Each hotel can set up FAX notifications independently. You can use the same InterFax account for all the hotels, one account per hotel, or any combinations. |

Create account to InterFax
Go to InterFax web site and register as a new member. InterFax allows you to send FAX messages to any country in the world. Write down your InterFax Username and Password, we will need them later on IOS Reservations.
Set up IOS Reservations
Open your hotel page in edit mode. Go to the Notifications tab. Select YES for InterFax. Fill-in your InterFax Username and Password, and a FAX number that will receive the FAX notifications.
| The FAX number should in international format and with the + prefix. Here is the proper format: + COUNTRY_CODE AREA_CODE FAX_NUMBER. Example: +302101234567 |
Who gets the FAXes?
Faxes are sent to the FAX number provided at the hotel edit page in tab Notifications. The faxes are sent on new reservation.
