Hotel guests can track live the status of any reservation they have made to the IOS Reservations system. To track the status of a reservation either visit the My Reservations page or visit directly the Reservation status page and enter inside the track form the reservation code of the reservation you are interested in. To track the status of a reservation you have to be a logged-in user. A printable version of a reservation is also available.

Enter the reservation code for the reservation you are interested in and click submit.
Reservation status
The reservation status page displays a full detailed report of a reservation. If the reservation is non-paid, links to pay and to change the currently selected payment method will also be displayed. Depending on the hotel policy and the current date you will also see link to cancel the reservation.
Bellow you can see how the booked rooms or services are shown on the track page.
Since version 3.5 non-registered users are allowed to book rooms if this option is enabled in IOS Reservations configuration. In this case in order for the non-logged users to see the status of their reservation they are asked for their email address and the reservation code.
