Administrators
The Administrator or Admin, of a forum is the person with full control. He has access to eForum Control Panel where he can configure the forum as he wishes. The Administrator can add or remove privileges, customize the look, assign moderators and other staff, and many more things inside the Control Panel.

Moderators
A moderator is a forum user (with specific rights) who can moderate posts in the boards. Moderators are usually listed under the board's description.
Beyond the common rights, Moderators can:
- Delete topics.
- Move topics to another board.
- Mark a topic as Sticky.
- Set a topic as read only.
