if you want to update an existed picture all you have to do is to find(click the thumb inside the article) picture's page and click -> upload a newer version

i upgraded your account in wiki from simple-user to sysop(system operator) .. so now you can delete(for sure) unwanted files and you have special privileges:

if you want to inform a user for an emergency situation you have to visit user's-page and hit the link(if user have entered his email in his profile) email-this-user which is in the toolbox in the sidebar! doing so is sure that the user will be inform imidietly and you have not to wait this user to visit wiki in order to be informed...

not all pages are "watched" by users... especially other user-talk pages.. some times you have to inform them by sending an email.. as said above!
