Trigger events for content bots

Elxis support the following trigger events for content bots. Content bots run on content items and autonomous pages.
- onPrepareContent - Since Elxis 2006.0. Performs general find and replace on content items text.
- onContentIcons - Since Elxis 2009.2. Appends data (mostly icons) to content items icon bar.
- onAfterDisplayTitle - Since Elxis 2006.0. Appends text exactly bellow the content item title.
- onBeforeDisplayContent - Since Elxis 2006.0. Appends text exactly before the content item text.
- onAfterDisplayContent - Since Elxis 2006.0. Appends text exactly after the content item text.
