System administrators and hoteliers can perform offline reservations. Offline reservations is an easy and fast method to synchronize your offline bookings (i.e a booking made by phone at the hotel's reception) with your online booking engine powered by IOS Reservations.

To make an offline reservation start by going to the reservations section of IOS Reservations.
From the top right menu click New.
In the new page you will see a drop down list with all the hotels existing in the system (if you are an administrator) or with your own hotels (if you are a hotelier). Select your desired hotel and the check-in/check-out dates you wish for the reservation. IOSR will load all the selected hotel's rooms and add-on services. Set number of persons, types, etc and any add-on service. You can also click check availability to check if the rooms are available for these sets of options before you reserve. When you are ready click Reserve to proceed to the next page.
