The IOS Newsletter Subscribe module developed - designed by WebGift Web Services for Elxis CMS!

IOS Newsletter component must be installed previously in order for this module to work.

This module gives your visitors the opportunity to sign up to your mailing list so that they can receive your newsletters.

Installation of the IOSN Subscribe first starts by downloading the module as it is not installed in the base installation of Elxis. Please see the links at the end of this guide. Installing the module is similar to that of the IOS newsletter very easy and the first thing to do is to download it to your local system. To complete the installation, log into your website as administrator, click on the Installers menu and then modules. Click on browse to find the file that you previously downloaded on your system and select it. Click on Upload & Install.

Once downloaded, the administrator logs into the website and clicks on Modules. Then click on the IOSN Subscribe module to make changes to parameters.

This is the details tab of the module. Parameters are similar to other modules.

The parameters tab of the module offers the administrator only a few modifications and is therefore simple to use.

The third tab pages / items is similar to other modules and offers the administrator the choice of which pages the module will be displayed on the website.

Once the module is published, you should see an input box like this. The visitor enters their email address and then clicks Send Registration.

Before sending the registration, the module pops up a screen asking the visitor for more information. It requests the first name, last name, the language that the visitor prefers, and finally a security code to help avoid robots.

Finally, after the visitor has completed the input, the visitor clicks Subscribe to add the information to the mailing list.
